Internship – Business Development & Brand Creation (Project Launch)

As part of our team, you will take an active role in the development, structuring and launch of strategic projects within Montauzon Hospitality. You will work closely with management on business development, brand positioning and the execution of new ventures. This internship is designed for graduates seeking high-responsibility exposure, with direct involvement in decision-making and tangible impact on the company’s growth.
This role requires both analytical thinking and creativity. You are expected to be proactive, structured and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to challenge ideas and contribute with practical, solution-oriented thinking.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading B2B business development initiatives for the Geneva Food Bike concept
- Defining and executing communication and branding strategies for existing concepts
- Supporting the launch and growth strategy of a new event production structure (public & private events)
- Setting up financial tracking tools and managing the sales pipeline
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full B2B sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing)
- Identify client needs and develop tailored commercial proposals
- Drive business development initiatives for Geneva Food Bike
- Define and execute communication and branding strategies
- Contribute to the launch and growth of a new event production structure (public & private events)
- Set up and monitor financial tracking tools and sales pipeline
- Work closely with management on strategic decisions and operational execution
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Management or related field
- Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
- Highly proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
